Refund and Cancellation Policy

All reservations, including corporate, institutional, and long-term agreements, are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Standard Reservations

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 21 days prior to the scheduled check-in.

  • Cancellations made 21–8 days prior to check-in incur 75% of the total booking value.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in, same-day cancellations, early departures, or no-shows incur 100% of the booking amount and are non-refundable.

2. Corporate & Institutional Contracts

  • Monthly, medium-term, and long-term bookings under corporate agreements constitute a firm contractual commitment.

  • Any cancellation or early termination will result in forfeiture of the first month’s rent and any security deposit.

  • Changes to reservation dates must be approved in writing, are subject to availability, and any rate adjustments must be settled immediately.

  • Promotional, negotiated, or discounted corporate rates are strictly non-refundable unless expressly stated in the contract.

3. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Requests for date changes must be submitted in writing.

  • Approval is at management discretion, based on availability and prevailing rates.

  • Rate differences, if applicable, are payable immediately.

4. Refunds

  • Where refunds are applicable, they are processed within 14 working days, net of bank fees and administrative costs.

5. Communication & Enforcement

  • All cancellation, amendment, or refund requests must be submitted via email and are only valid upon written confirmation from management.

  • The Lofts Serviced Apartments reserves the right to enforce these terms without exception.
