Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee KES3,000.00 KES / Night
All reservations at The Lofts Suites are governed by the following terms and conditions:
-Free cancellation is permitted up to 21 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
-Cancellations made within 21 days but more than 7 days before check-in will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking value.
-Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, same-day cancellations, early departures, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount and are strictly non-refundable.
Monthly, medium-term, and long-stay bookings constitute a firm contractual commitment. Any cancellation or early termination will result in the forfeiture of the first month’s rent and any security deposit paid, irrespective of reason.
-Date amendments or rescheduling requests are subject to availability, management approval, and prevailing rates at the time of change. Rate differences, if any, must be settled immediately.
-Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days, net of bank charges, transaction fees, and administrative costs.
-All promotional, negotiated, corporate, and discounted rates are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable unless expressly stated in writing at the time of booking.
-All cancellation, amendment, or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and are only valid upon written confirmation by management.
